Who We Are:

For Children’s Sake of Virginia (FCSVA) is a private non-profit corporation founded in 1997. FCSVA provides an array of services to children and families in the community to include: therapeutic foster care, emergency therapeutic foster care placement, adoption support, emergency residential treatment services, educational services and outpatient therapy services.


If you are a new FCSVA employee, we are excited to have you as part of our team. You were hired because we believe you can contribute to the success of our business, and share our commitment to achieving our goals as stated in our mission statement. If you are already an FCSVA employee, we hope you find the forms and content of the website to be useful and easy to negotiate and as a reminder, we continue to be excited to have you as a part of our excellent team.
